Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Drive talent management, employee engagement, and performance management initiatives.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/master's degree in human resources or related field.
- 10+ years of HRBP experience, preferably in the tech industry.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, employment laws, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
