Manager - HR (Mobilization)

Seasoned Professional with 8 to 10 years of core experience in Global Mobility. This will be an Individual Contributor role.

 

·      Supporting and strategizing the initiatives/ processes for all International Station Launches and employee movements.

·      Project manage and lead the launch of any new station or move of any employee from / to international location from an HR team

·      Individual will be responsible for Compliance and mobilization strategies

o  Host country readiness – meeting requirements of immigration (Local company bank account, tax ID, social security, background checks on employee etc.)

o  Host country readiness – onboarding of incoming expatriate – technology equipment

o  Determining the timeline and requirements for immigration into the host country

o  Execute on immigration steps – expatriate and his/her dependents

·      Create a compensation approach, , keep existing salary or localize salary, working closely with the TA and C&B team

·      Relocation assistance – full assistance. Company assists with relocation logistics, airfare, move, temporary housing etc.

·      Cost of living adjustment between the home country and the host country.

·      Draft the benefits – leave entitlements, and all other applicable policies , follow local or keep to home country policy.

·      Evaluate the tax impact of the relocation on the employee, as and when required

·      Manage processes for International like:

o  Statutory compliances

o  PMS

o  R&R

o  Others as defined from time to time

o  Payroll, Leave & Attendance

·      Define & support collection of relevant data for meaningful analysis (attrition, manpower, R&R and performance, dashboards, etc.). Always ensure updated data and maintain historical data

·      Share information to HR leadership on critical HR issues in the function

·   Support communication processes within the region to ensure consistency of culture, values, and experience among employees
