Requirements Requirements
A keen understanding of F & I products, alongside compliance with industry regulations (FCA), is essential. Your ability to negotiate with tact, coupled with an analytical approach to sales trends and market dynamics, will set the foundation for exceptional performance in this role.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in automotive sales or finance management
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation and analytical abilities
• A comprehensive understanding of F&I products and relevant legislation
Responsibilities

• Crafting bespoke finance packages to meet customer needs and maximise sales
