Senior Machine Learning Engineer


Join Our Mission:


FuturePath AI is inviting an experienced Senior NLP (Natural Language Processing) Engineer to join our team. This role is pivotal in advancing our AI-driven solutions and enhancing the capabilities of our clients' applications in the realm of language understanding and processing.


In the heart of our AI endeavors, you will employ your specialized skills in NLP, data science, and machine learning to develop sophisticated language models and NLP applications. You will play a crucial role in translating complex linguistic and computational challenges into effective, scalable solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Leading a team of ML Engineers to analyze Large Language Model (LLM) training and inference performance
  • Deploying highly scalable LLMs to evaluate model performance and accuracy
  • Experimenting with multi-model systems involving text, images, and video/audio
  • Collaborating with the Machine Learning Team to design benchmarks for LLMs
  • Participating in research and technology innovation to develop more efficient and automated ways to handle ML/Deep Learning (DL) workloads
  • Engaging in new product/feature definitions


Required Qualifications:


  • 3+ years of experience in data science or ML Engineering roles
  • Passion for ML, data science, and ability to work flexibly within a team
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment
  • Proficiency in Python and Python data-science frameworks
  • Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch
  • Experience with transformer-based language models
  • Ability to mentor and develop team members
  • Quick learner with an ability to grasp new technologies, frameworks, and algorithms
  • Preference to MS/PhD in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
