Assistant Product Manager –

About the Role:
As an Assistant Product Manager focused on End-User Experience, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our Product Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be responsible for overseeing various aspects of customer research, design, marketing collaborations, analytics, and growth initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Research: Conduct and analyze market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors.
- Design Collaboration: Work closely with design teams to ensure that product designs align with customer expectations and brand guidelines.
- Marketing Partnerships: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns that drive customer engagement and acquisition.
- Analytics and Growth: Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Develop growth strategies and tactics to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- End-User Feedback Management: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product enhancements and improvements.
- Project Management: Assist in managing projects related to end-user experience, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, design, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on customer experience.
- Strong understanding of user experience principles and design thinking.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
