UniCreds- An education loan platform. By partnering with the top lenders globally, we aim to assist students in acquiring the most competitive education loans at attractive interest rates. 


UniScholars- An end-to-end personalised counselling platform for students. We are an integrated platform that addresses student needs right from the start of their journey till the end.


Location - Mumbai


Responsibilities:-

* Lead strategy for UniAcco, UniCreds, and UniScholars

* Shape the future of student accommodation, education loans, and study abroad counselling.

* Empower Indian students to access global education.


Product Strategy Development:


  1. Define and lead the product vision and strategy for UniAcco, UniCreds, and UniScholars, aligning with the company’s mission to empower Indian students to access global education.
  2. Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, particularly in the EdTech and FinTech sectors.
  3. Collaborate with the leadership team to establish product roadmaps that drive growth, enhance user experiences, and achieve business goals.


Product Leadership and Execution:


  1. Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products that meet market demands.
  2. Lead a cross-functional team of product managers, designers, engineers, and marketers to execute product strategies and deliver on key milestones.
  3. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the product team.



Stakeholder Collaboration:


  1. Work closely with other departments, including Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support, to ensure alignment on product goals and effective go-to-market strategies.
  2. Data-Driven Decision Making:
  3. Utilise data analytics and user feedback to make informed decisions about product features, improvements, and prioritisation.
  4. Implement robust tracking and reporting mechanisms to monitor product performance, user engagement, and overall impact on the business.



Market Expansion and Innovation:


  1. Drive product innovation that supports the expansion of ASL’s offerings in international education markets.
  2. Explore and evaluate new product opportunities, partnerships, and technologies that enhance the company’s competitive advantage.


Team Leadership and Development:


  1. Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing product team, fostering an environment that encourages growth, creativity, and excellence.
  2. Set clear objectives, performance metrics, and professional development plans for team members.
  3. Champion a user-centred design approach, ensuring that the team prioritises the needs and experiences of students in all product decisions.


Skills Required:-

* 8+ years in Product Management (EdTech/FinTech experience is a plus)

* Proven track record with multiple product lines

* Strong understanding of international education markets

* Data-driven decision-making skills
