  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical export industry.
  • Proven understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and export documentation.
  • Excellent analytical and research skills with the ability to identify and interpret complex tender requirements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients and colleagues.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems a plus.
  • Actively research and identify international tenders for pharmaceutical products within the assigned market(s).
  • Analyze tender documents, including technical specifications, regulatory requirements, and commercial terms.
  • Prepare comprehensive and competitive bid proposals in accordance with tender deadlines and specifications.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Regulatory Affairs, Production, Quality Assurance) to ensure accurate and compliant bid submissions.
  • Liaise with international regulatory agencies to obtain necessary approvals and certifications for product exports.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with potential buyers to secure export contracts.
  • Manage and track the progress of submitted tenders, following up with potential buyers and authorities as needed.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation related to export tenders and contracts.
  • Assist with post-award activities such as logistics, shipping documentation, and export compliance procedures.


Qualifications:


  • A bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, International Business, or a related field.
  • MBA is preferred.
