Tender Assistant

The Tender Assistant is responsible for managing the tender process, from the
identification of opportunities to the submission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tender Identification:
- Monitor and identify relevant tenders in public and private sectors.
- Having knowledge of Gem Portal
- Tender Preparation:
- Collect and analyze tender documents, specifications, and
requirements.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to gather necessary information
and inputs.
- Draft, compile, and review all tender documents, including technical
and financial proposals.
- Bid Submission:
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of tenders, either electronically
or physically.
- Handle the submission process, including the completion of forms,
costings, and technical specifications.
- Documentation and Compliance:
- Maintain accurate records of all tender documentation and
correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Keep updated on changes in tendering procedures and regulations.
- Reporting to HOD Tender Manager
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in tendering, bid management, or
related roles.
- Skills:
- Understanding of tender processes and requirements.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Well verse with MS Office, especially Word, Excel, web surfing,
mailing.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹121,328.48 - ₹360,788.88 per year
