About the internship:

Are you a dynamic and driven HR intern with a passion for HR Analytics, Recruitment, and Excel? Look no further - Aanet Talent Global Solutions is seeking a talented individual like you to join our team

Responsibilities:
1. Support the HR team in analyzing and interpreting HR data
2. Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
3. Collaborate with team members to maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
4. Schedule Interviews with Candidates and follow up for documentation till Joining.
5. Utilize your excellent spoken and written English proficiency to communicate effectively with employees and external stakeholders.
6. Utilize MS Excel to create reports and track HR metrics, ensuring accurate and timely HR data analysis.
7. Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives, bringing fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the table.
