About the Client Gateway ETS has been working closely with a US-based AI startup backed by one of Silicon Valley’s leading venture capital firms. Founded by ex-MBB consultants and Cambridge alumni, they are building AI agents to automate high-end consulting workflows. This is a rare opportunity to work directly with the co-founders and become a foundational part of the team, a fun-loving team that strives to achieve the best Role Description This is a fixed-term contract (remote) role for a Founding Full Stack AI Engineer. As our Founding Full Stack AI Engineer, you will develop and ship features across the stack (Python/Lang Chain backend and Type Script frontend), build and optimise production-quality AI agents, own features from concept to deployment in a fast-paced startup environment, and collaborate directly with the co-founders on key product and engineering decisions. We are seeking top-tier candidates for an initial 4-month extendable contract, with high performers having the opportunity to transition into a permanent founding engineer role with company equity. Due to the intense development schedules, this cannot be pursued as a part-time role. Qualifications B. Tech/M. Tech/Ph D in Computer Science, AI, or related field Strong coding skills with Python, data structures & algorithms Portfolio of projects/internships/hackathons showcasing coding ability Self-starter with excellent problem-solving and an ownership mindset Prior experience with Lang Chain, Generative AI, or full-stack development is a strong plus Generative AI (Agentic-AI, langchain, langgraph),  Python,  React with Typescript Selection Process Review of successful CVs completed 22-Sep-2025 Written assessments: 29-Sep-2025 Final interviews: 10-Oct-2025 Note: We will contact the shortlisted candidates within two weeks.
