Whether you're early in your AI -Engineering career or growing into a mid-senior role, this is a unique opportunity to work hands-on with state-of-the-art LLMs in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

About the Role

The Full Stack AI Engineer will help us bring AI capabilities into our products. This is a hands-on role for someone who can integrate, deploy, and optimize AI models (open-source or API-based) into real-world applications, without necessarily building them from scratch. You will work across the stack — from frontend integrations to backend pipelines — and collaborate with data teams to analyse experiments and improve performance.

Responsibilities
  • Integrate AI models (open-source frameworks, hosted APIs, or in-house tools) into production applications using JavaScript/TypeScript and Python .
  • Develop end-to-end AI-powered features , including frontend interfaces, backend APIs, and data pipelines.
  • Work with SQL and PySpark to analyse experimental results, measure performance, and generate insights.
  • Design, test, and refine prompts for large language models (prompt engineering) to achieve desired outputs and improve user experience.
  • Collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Stay updated on AI APIs, frameworks, and integration best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 2–4 years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python .
  • Solid understanding of frontend and backend development principles.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with PySpark or similar big data frameworks.
  • Experience integrating pre-trained AI models (e.g., via APIs, Hugging Face, OpenAI, TensorFlow.js, or similar).
  • Familiarity with REST and GraphQL APIs.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • You have an open-minded approach to content and are comfortable dealing with NSFW elements while upholding our ethos of user privacy and safety.
Nice-to-Have
  • Experience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning for different AI use cases.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g., Plotly, Tableau, Superset, Databricks).
  • Experience with CI/CD and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
