What You’ll Do Architect and scale backend systems powering our AI-driven finance platform Build APIs and services using Python (Fast API/Flask) Solve complex data integration challenges across financial systems Deliver features from 0 → 1 in collaboration with the founders Ensure performance, scalability, and audit compliance ✅ What We’re Looking For 4–8 years backend software engineering experience Strong builder/founder mindset – ideally ex-founder/CTO or early engineer at a VC-backed startup Proficiency in Python (Fast API/Flask) Top-tier university background (IITs preferred) Clear motivation for a high-impact role Nice-to-have: Experience in fintech, ERP/accounting systems, or AI infra ????
