Full Stack Developer – AI Saa S (CTC - 9 to 12 lacs) Location: Remote Type: Full-time | Cash + Stock Options About Us We are building an AI-powered Saa S platform set to revolutionize influencer and performance marketing. Think of us as the Google Ads of influencer marketing —simplifying complex workflows with data-driven intelligence, automation, and intuitive design. We’re a small, fast-moving startup backed by strong vision and ambition, and we’re looking for a Full Stack Developer who wants to build category-defining products from scratch. Role Overview As our Full Stack Developer , you’ll be part of the founding team shaping the core product. You’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications that integrate AI/ML components, marketing analytics, and Saa S workflows. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with the CTO and product team to deliver features fast, iterate, and scale. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain web applications (frontend + backend) with clean, efficient, and scalable code. Collaborate with data science team to integrate AI/ML models into the product. Build APIs and microservices for seamless integrations with third-party marketing platforms (Instagram, You Tube, Tik Tok, etc.). Design intuitive dashboards and user flows for marketers and brands. Ensure security, performance, and scalability of the platform. Contribute to architectural decisions and tech strategy. Take ownership— from idea to deployment to iteration. Tech Stack (Preferred) Frontend: React.js, Next.js, Type Script, Tailwind CSS Backend: Node.js, Express.js (or Nest.js), Python (for AI integrations) Databases: Postgre SQL, Mongo DB, Redis AI/ML Integration: REST/Graph QL APIs for ML models, Lang Chain, Open AI APIs Cloud/Dev Ops: AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines Version Control: Git, Git Hub/Git Lab (You don’t need to know everything—what matters most is adaptability, problem-solving, and willingness to learn fast.) Requirements 1–3 years of experience in full stack development (startup/Saa S experience is a plus). Strong proficiency in React.js and Node.js . Experience building scalable Saa S applications. Familiarity with AI/ML model integration (bonus). Comfortable working in fast-paced, early-stage environments. Strong problem-solving, debugging, and collaboration skills.
