About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Lead with expertise in CMDB (Configuration Management Database) and system integrations. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, ensure smooth integrations with third-party tools, and guide the team toward best practices and process excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, focusing on CMDB management and tool integrations.
  • Ensure CMDB accuracy, data integrity, and alignment with ITIL processes.
  • Develop integration solutions between ServiceNow and various enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define workflows, and create technical documentation.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team.
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases, features, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
  • Strong expertise in CMDB architecture, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems (REST, SOAP, APIs).
  • Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow scripting.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL framework and ITSM processes.
  • Experience leading a ServiceNow team or project.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery methodology.
  • Knowledge of Discovery, Service Mapping, and Asset Management modules.
