Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in Bengaluru. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including identifying potential customers, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting the company's products, negotiating and closing sales deals, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
Sales and Business Development skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Negotiation and persuasive skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of the snacking industry and consumer trends
Previous experience in field sales or related roles
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
Maintain and Deploy Online Bulk Consumer purchase portals such as Indiamart and JustDial for leads.
