As a Field Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base. Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with potential customers and building relationships to promote our products/services.
- Conducting face-to-face meetings and product presentations to potential clients.
- Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to revenue growth.
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or field sales is required.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and driven to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
