Job Title: Architectural Draftsman

Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate architectural drawings, layouts, and plans while supporting architects and project teams in delivering high-quality designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and layouts using CAD/Revit software.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to translate concepts into technical drawings.
  • Revise and update drawings based on design changes and project requirements.
  • Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, building codes, and project specifications.
  • Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or certification in Architecture/Drafting or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Architectural Draftsman.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant drafting/design software.
  • Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, materials, and building codes.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
