**Draughtsman/woman**

This is a full-time Senior Architect role at PLUGD in Noida. Their tasks will include but not limited to creating detailed drawings and specifications, collaborating with other professionals such as engineers and contractors, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. Coordination between MEP consultants and various stakeholders.

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in softwares such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience collaborating with consultants and contractors
- Experience working on commercial and/or hospitality projects
- Understanding of building structure and services
- Experience in preparing ID BOQs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
