1.Develop and prepare architectural, civil, structure, MEP drawings from preliminary
concepts, sketches and specifications
2. Create 3D viewes
3. Produce, organize and distribute all building plans for construction
4. Efficiently operate computer-assisted design and drafting workstations
5. Complete documentation packages and produce drawing sets based on current
project and team needs
6. Check and verify design drawings to conform to specifications and design data.
7. Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner
8. Maintain current knowledge of National and Provincial building codes
9. SIte visits and measurements as may be needed for works
10. Perform other duties as required

Qualification:
Diploma( Drafting/Civil/Aech)

Minimum Experience:
3 years

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
