Qualification Requirement:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field (M.Sc./MBA preferred)
  • Excellent communication & coordination skills
  • Proficiency in record management & official documentation
  • Ability to liaise with internal departments & external stakeholders

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience aligned with the role

Role / Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support related to Innovation and entrepreneurship activities: Manage files, records, reports, documentation and portal updates
  • Communication & Coordination: Liaise between leadership, faculty, students, and external stakeholders
  • Event & Activity Management: Assist in planning, logistics, and execution of workshops, guest talks, and events
  • Data & Reporting: Upload activity reports, maintain trackers, compile quarterly/annual reports
  • Social Media & Publicity: Support content collection, website updates, media coverage, and repositories
  • Finance Support: Assist in bills, reimbursements, procurement, and expense tracking

Salary : up to Rs. 55,000/- pm
