- 5+ years of expereince into HRBP
Job Responsibilities
- Managing the entire Employee Life Cycle (ELC) for regional employees, ensuring a smooth HR experience.

- Providing training and education to managers and frontline staff on performance management processes and concepts.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure on-time processing of

- Collaborating with the technology department for HR Process Automation.
- Taking charge of resource management and employee pool management.
