Description GSPANN is hiring an Integration Delivery Lead with expertise in Digital Backbone to drive end-to-end delivery of integration projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and on-time execution. The role involves managing demand onboarding, resources, and risks while guiding teams on integration technologies.Role and Responsibilities Establish and manage the demand management and onboarding process for initiatives using the Digital Backbone for integration requirements. Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of integration projects, from planning and requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support. Act as the primary contact for clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors, managing expectations, communicating progress, and resolving issues. Allocate and project resources, including team members, budgets, and technology assets, to optimize efficiency and meet deadlines. Implement and refine Agile and other project management methodologies to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery while monitoring KPIs and metrics. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, develop contingency plans, and escalate critical matters when necessary. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment by mentoring, coaching, and supporting professional development. Apply knowledge of integration technologies such as APIs, events, message queues, Microsoft Azure Integration Services, and SAP Business Technology Platform Integration Suite (SAP BTP IS) to guide technical teams. Ensure all deliverables meet quality, security, and compliance standards through effective oversight of testing and validation. Skills and Experience 15+ years of experience in delivery or project management, with at least 5 years managing integration-related projects. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is mandatory. Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are a huge advantage. Strong understanding of API-led connectivity, event-driven architecture, data integration patterns, and cloud-based integration services (e.g., Azure Integration Services, SAP BTP IS). Hands-on with Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban and other project management practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive, results-oriented mindset. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams.
