We are urgently looking for Finance Head for one of the Packaging Manufaturing Industry.

Location : Indore, MP

Experience : 8+ years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire banking operations and ensure efficient and effective financial management.
  • Lead and manage the Accounts & Finance team, providing guidance and support.
  • Develop and implement financial systems to improve overall financial operations.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports to the Managing Director.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations for business growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in managing banking operations.
  • Strong knowledge of financial systems and creating financial processes.
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
