Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cluster Head based in Indore. The Cluster Head will oversee the operations and performance of multiple Customer Service Points (CSPs) within the assigned cluster. The role includes identifying growth opportunities, managing field teams, ensuring compliance with company standards, meeting financial targets, and forging strong relationships with local communities and stakeholders. The Cluster Head will also focus on expanding the network, training CSP agents, monitoring service delivery metrics, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance financial inclusion in the region.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing field operations and leading teams
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven track record in achieving financial targets and driving business growth
  • Familiarity with rural markets and an understanding of financial products
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills required for strategic planning and troubleshooting
  • Ability to work on-site and travel within the assigned cluster
  • Proficiency in local languages and cultural understanding
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field
  • Experience in the financial services sector is a plus

Experience
