Role: Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

What will you do:


  • Assist in the planning and execution of projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
  • Provide support in the day to day personal commitments of the CEO
  • Plan & organize events / meetings, on behalf of the CEO’s office.
  • Research and prepare correspondence, agendas, presentations and other materials independently.
  • Work closely and effectively with the CEO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures and systems to streamline processes and improve productivity.
  • Supervise the administrative team and provide guidance / support as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and sensitivity.


About you:

  • 7+ years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
  • Expert- level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), GSuite, Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms
