Hi Greetings from Starkflow Role: Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer Location - Navi Mumbai Duration - Full Time You will have the opportunity to work in a remote-first company with a flexible work culture. What will you do: Assist in the planning and execution of projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO. Provide support in the day to day personal commitments of the CEO Plan & organize events / meetings, on behalf of the CEO’s office. Research and prepare correspondence, agendas, presentations and other materials independently. Work closely and effectively with the CEO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities. Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies. Develop and implement administrative procedures and systems to streamline processes and improve productivity. Supervise the administrative team and provide guidance / support as needed. Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and sensitivity. About you: 7+ years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work Expert- level written and verbal communication skills. Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), GSuite, Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms Powered by JazzHR
