Timings and working days: Monday - Saturday, 10:00 am - 6:30 pm

Creating perfect spices and spice blends is both a form of art and science, where having the knack of picking and mixing the right spices and fruits goes hand in hand with the skills and expertise needed to create a blend that is almost therapeutic to the senses. We take pride in all products, which are created through meticulous preparation.
About the Role:
We are looking for an assistant to the CEO. This fast-paced, fun, and varied position is for people who want to learn how to perform administrative tasks. You will work with the staff at the location, ensuring that staffing needs are met in a business where demand swings depending on the time of year and the time of day too Depending on the needs of the CEO, you might need to handle tickets, visa applications, scheduling, and other administrative tasks. The Assistant will support the CEO in day-to-day operations. This is a full-time on-site role.
Requirements:
Flexibility to work when the company needs you
Prior experience is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Excellent organization skills
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Responsibilities:
Ensuring all the needs of the CEO are met
Candidate Requirements:
Educational requirements : A graduation degree
Experience in providing administrative assistance and office administration
Experience in the spices industry is a plus
Reporting Relationship:
This position reports directly to the CEO
