Captain – Circa 11, Indiranagar

Circa 11 is Bengaluru's first shapeshifting dining room — a café by day, a fine-dining restaurant and cocktail bar by night. We're looking for a
Captain
to join our floor team and make service feel seamless, intentional, and Circa-y.

What you'll do:

  • Take charge of a section on the floor (20–25 covers), ensuring every guest is cared for.
  • Present menus, take orders, and recommend dishes and drinks with confidence and charm.
  • Coordinate with the bar and kitchen for smooth, timely service.
  • Mentor junior stewards and runners, keeping standards sharp.
  • Handle guest feedback with grace and resolve issues quickly.
  • Maintain the rhythm of service, from table setups to final goodbyes.

What we're looking for:

  • 2–3 years of service experience in premium dining.
  • Warm, articulate communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
  • Knowledge of food, cocktails, and wine, or curiosity to learn deeply.
  • Calm under pressure, attentive to detail, confident but never stiff.
  • Team player who leads by example.
