Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Captain located in Bengaluru. The Captain will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day floor operations of the restaurant, including ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maintaining order. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with the kitchen staff for timely meal preparation and delivery, addressing customer inquiries and issues, and maintaining the overall dining atmosphere. The Captain will also be expected to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met and assist in training new staff members.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, restaurant management, and staff coordination
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Leadership skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Previous experience in the culinary or hospitality industry.
  • High school diploma Anything will work as long as experienced
