We are currently hiring a
Team Leader
to join our growing team in
Noida
. This role is ideal for someone with experience in the
fintech sector
, who enjoys leading teams and has strong skills in
MIS reporting
and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of
    20+ members
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure targets are met
  • Prepare and maintain accurate
    MIS reports
    and performance dashboards
  • Motivate and mentor the team to drive productivity and quality
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflows
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards

Requirements:

  • 2 to 5 years
    of relevant experience (preferably in
    fintech
    )
  • Proven experience in managing a team of
    20+ people
  • Strong knowledge of
    MIS tools
    (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage time, priorities, and handle pressure
