The ideal candidate will expand our retail footprint, onboard new distributors, and ensure strong sales performance across markets.Key Responsibilities:Achieve annual primary and secondary sales targets .Identify, onboard, and nurture new distributors and retailers .Ensure timely processing of claims , NOCs , and accurate SFA reporting .Manage inventory levels , market outstandings , and overdue payments .Drive promoter performance , reduce attrition, and ensure customer satisfaction.Execute consumer engagement activities and market expansion initiatives.What We’re Looking For:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.Experience: 3–5 years in FMCG Sales, with hands-on experience in General Trade .Skills:Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Proficient in MS Office and data interpretation.Strong understanding of FMCG distributor networks and market trends.Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.Why Join DeHaat?Be part of a purpose-led organization driving the future of sustainable agriculture .
