About you
As the Cloud Raptor Recruitment Manager, you will utilise your people management and excellent tech recruitment skills to support your team and drive success with our clients.
In this role, you will continue to build on the success with the current team, and continue to support them in developing more growth opportunities.
You will be working side by side with the Regional Engagement Partner and Sales Director.
Job Title: Recruitment Manager
Base Location: - Hybrid - India
Type: - WFO
Contract: Full-time
Your key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Developing strong and positive client relationships.
• Source and manage candidates through the entire recruitment process.
• Conducting service visits with clients.
• Attend conferences and any other external networking events to build and develop
partnerships.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team targets
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team
Key skills:
• Strong business development capability and building long lasting business partnerships.
• Proven people leadership skills, including training and developing team members.
• Experience working in a Tech Consultancy dealing with Global Tier 1 clients.
• Proven ability to communicate with influence, negotiate outcomes and manage complex
stakeholder relationships.
• Demonstrated personal drive and integrity.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven commercial acumen and competent analytical and report writing skills.
