Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Sales professional specializing in B2C operations to join our team at Doshion PolyScience Pvt Ltd. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring a maximum of 6 years of experience. The role involves working closely with our teams to promote and sell our advanced water treatment solutions across various markets. Qualifications and Skills Extensive experience in B2C sales, particularly within the manufacturing or water treatment industry. Proficiency in managing channel partners to maximize sales opportunities and market reach. Strong ability to present technical products effectively to diverse audiences, ensuring understanding and promoting sales. Proven track record in market expansion efforts, driving growth and establishing new customer bases. Ability to generate leads and convert them into successful sales opportunities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Analytical mindset to assess market trends and adapt strategies to meet changing demands. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets. Roles and Responsibilities Drive B2C sales initiatives, promoting our advanced water treatment solutions to individual clients. Develop and manage relationships with channel partners to enhance sales and distribution. Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to effectively communicate product benefits. Identify and target potential markets for expansion and growth opportunities. Lead generation and conversion, from prospecting to finalizing deals and follow-up. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with company goals. Provide feedback and market insights to support product development and improvement. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitors to stay ahead in the market.
