About the Role

Tiron is seeking an experienced B2B Sales Manager to spearhead corporate gifting, channel partner rewards, and institutional bulk sales across India. The role demands a strong key account & enterprise sales leader who can open doors with large corporates, drive channel programs, and expand Tiron's footprint in the B2B & institutional space.

What You'll Do


• Acquire & grow corporate, institutional, and channel partner accounts nationwide.


• Lead sales in corporate gifting, festive & loyalty programs, and bulk institutional deals.


• Build strong connects with decision-makers (HR, Admin, Procurement, Marketing, Dealer Networks) across industries.


• Manage end-to-end sales cycle – prospecting, pitching, negotiation, closure.


• Deliver against aggressive growth targets & scale Tiron's B2B business PAN-India.


• Collaborate with marketing & operations teams to ensure seamless execution.

What We're Looking For


• 7–12 years of B2B sales experience (corporate gifting / institutional / channel sales / consumer durables).


• Proven success in key account & enterprise sales.


• Strong corporate connects across multiple regions in India.


• Excellent negotiation, networking & relationship-building skills.


• Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and capable of leading national accounts.
