Infotel India, a thriving consulting company specializing in strategic IT systems and applications, is seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in locating, screening, and hiring top IT professionals who share our passion for innovation. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a challenging and dynamic environment alongside other talented IT professionals in the industry.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract a pool of highly skilled and qualified IT candidatesEngage with candidates and ensure high levels of candidate care throughout the recruitment processConduct comprehensive candidate screenings, assessments, and interviews to determine qualifications, skills, and experienceWork with managers and recruiters to develop job descriptions and job postings that accurately describe the required skills and qualifications for each job openingPartner with internal teams to drive improvements in hiring processes, including candidate pipeline, assessment methodologies, and onboarding processesBuild and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates through proactive sourcing and talent market mappingRepresent Infotel UK Consulting at industry events, job fairs, and networking events to attract top talent

RequirementsMust have experinece in the India Recruitment marketBachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field5+ years of experience in full-cycle IT recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidatesPrior experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR tools required for sourcing and recruitmentStrong knowledge of IT industry trends, candidate sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methodologiesExcellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skillsExceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to work independentlyCommitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of recruitment and hiring
