Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bodyshop Advisor at SKY MOTO AUTOMOBILES PRIVATE LIMITED, located in Pune. The Bodyshop Advisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the bodyshop operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, estimating repair costs, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring timely delivery of services. Daily tasks include greeting customers, assessing damage, preparing repair orders, and facilitating communication between customers and technicians.

Qualifications

  • Experience in automotive repair and bodyshop management
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to estimate repair costs and prepare repair orders
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with automotive repair software and tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in automotive repair or management are a plus
  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
