The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth onboarding of new customers, resolving queries efficiently, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance overall customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Handle and resolve customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide excellent post-onboarding support. Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Product, Tech, etc.) to resolve issues and improve processes. Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products/services. Collect feedback and share insights with the team to enhance customer experience. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activities. Key Skills & Qualifications: 6 months to 1 year of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, or similar roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written). Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams. Familiarity with CRM tools or support ticketing systems is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred.
