Job Description: As a Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence through strategic sales and marketing initiatives. This role requires a versatile individual who can seamlessly switch between sales, marketing, and business development tasks. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and possess a strong ability to create compelling presentations and content.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and expansion into new markets.- Utilize strong sales skills to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.- Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns, including market research, strategy development, execution, and performance analysis.- Create engaging presentations and content that effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients and partners.- Utilize various tools and technologies to streamline processes and maximize efficiency.- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and finance teams to ensure alignment and maximize results.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.- Strong sales skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.- Experience in end-to-end marketing, including strategy development, execution, and performance analysis.- Proficiency in using various tools and technologies to support sales and marketing efforts.- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create compelling content.- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- Hands-on approach with a willingness to take on multiple tasks and wear multiple hats for growth and expansion.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and techniques.- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales and marketing tools such as HubSpot, Canva, ChatGPT, PowerPoint, Excel etc.
