ACPL, ACPL Design limited, is an award winning Company based in South Delhi,Gurgaon & Dubai, and We are a complete Design Organization established in 1973 having professional practice in ARCHITECTURE and Interior Designing and offering Project Management Consultancy Services all over India. 

The Firm is proficiently equipped to handle jobs of various types and magnitude. Today at ACPL there's an employed full time team of 150+ professionals together.

Its activities cover Architectural and Interior Design Projects of Urban Planning, townships, Institutional, Industrial, Residential and Commercial Complexes, Mall and multiplexes, Corporate Offices & high street Retail centres  

Location: South Delhi

Experience: Minimum 12–15 years in Strategy / Business Leadership

Industry Preference: AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction), Real Estate, or related sectors

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement long-term business strategies aligned with organizational vision.
  • Identify new markets, service lines, and partnership opportunities.
  • Lead competitive analysis, market research, and business intelligence.
  • Partner with leadership and project teams to align design excellence with business growth.
  • Drive strategic initiatives for digital transformation, operational efficiency, and global expansion.
  • Mentor and guide senior managers to build leadership depth across the organization.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 12–15 years of proven experience in strategy, business development, or leadership roles.
  • Strong background in AEC / Real Estate / Infrastructure industry.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate vision into actionable strategies.
  • Confident communicator with board-level presence.
