Key roles and responsibilities:

Conduct all CRM system configuration and development

  • Zoho CRM experience
  • knowledge of coding (python/Javascript)
  • maintain all Marketing and Sales CRM Systems and workflows to Tag business requirements (Zoho Marketing Automation, Zoho CRM, Zoho Surveys and related applications)
  • and develop custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, validation rules and approval workflows
  • integrations with other CRM, Sales Enablement and BI platforms (e.g., Domo, Sales Loft, etc.)
  • custom homepages, views, dashboards and reports
  • data loads and data exports
  • in all phases of new system, application and functionality implementations including planning, design of the application, configuration, development and coding of custom objects, fields and integrations
  • and maintain user profiles, user roles, security settings, sharing rules


CRM System Administration

  • CRM new users, ensuring that role hierarchy and permissions are maintained
  • to and resolve CRM user access issues
  • users who have left the business or no longer have the need for CRM access
  • process to cleanse and maintain CRM data
  • documentation, maintain standardization and look for ways to continuously improve processes & procedures.
  • prompt support to end users to resolve issues with the CRM
  • regular user feedback on the systems to identify training and/or development requirements
  • and deliver User Training
  • the CRM Support mailbox daily
  • ad-hoc reports upon request
  • Accounts created by users to ensure they are not duplicates
  • on global reporting (combination of excel and Zoho Analytics)


Skills & Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on proven CRM Admin experience.

  • knowledge of CRM system configuration and customisation
  • Administrator Certification
  • System Development
  • with Marketing Automation tools (HubSpot, Eloqua, Pardot etc.) is a plus
  • working with global teams in the service industry
  • excel skills


LOCATION

We currently work in a remote hybrid model with offices in Chennai and Bangalore.


TIMINGS

We work on rotational shifts that change depending on the region you are working with and at the discretion of your line manager.
