Purpose of the job:
The global administrator represents the central hub for the legal entities of Carl ZEISS Vision in terms of trainings, support and administration. The job contributes to ensure a smoothly running operative CRM system that offers the users the best experience possible.
Requirements
- Education: B.S. or a B.A. college degree or commensurate work experience
- Work Experience: 3+ years of previous experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a large company, ideally with a multi-national User / business base
Specific Knowledge/Skills:
- At least basic understanding of Salesforce coding (APEX, Java etc.)
- Extensive knowledge on Salesforce CRM system
- Experience in Salesforce migrations is a plus
- Expert understanding of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud that is always kept at the highest level
- Working knowledge of relational databases design concepts and data management
- Extensive analytical skills as well as conceptional thinking and organized working
- Fluent English-speaking and writing capabilities
- Independent service and solution-oriented work to ensure demand owner/customer satisfaction
- Purposeful communication skills, flexibility and a high level of assertiveness
- Pronounced ability in team work
- Proficiency with data manipulation tools and uploading techniques (Data Loader, Workbench, Excel, Plug-Ins)
- Analytical business process development skills and problem-solving skills
- Ability to troubleshoot system, process and data issues
