Context and Responsibilities of Role :


We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with proven experience to join our dynamic team as a Senior Consultant. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in Salesforce development across sales, service, and data cloud domains. Experience or familiarity with the aviation industry is considered advantageous for this role.

Role Essential Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable solutions within the Salesforce platform.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Customize Salesforce applications to meet business needs, including configuration, workflows, and Apex coding.

- Perform data migrations, integrations, and maintenance tasks as required.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices.

Experience and Knowledge Required Including Specific Functional, Product or Domain Expertise :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.

- Proficiency in sales, service, and data cloud development within Salesforce.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security controls.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
