Wij zoeken versterking in de vorm van een Junior Digital Advertising Specialist bij Social Brothers. Wij zijn een full service digital agency waarbij wij onze klanten verder willen helpen.  


Ons Digital Marketing team focust zich op e-commerce, B2B, B2C en recruitment campagnes waarbij wij de klanten full service verder helpen. Dit betekent dat we verder kijken dan een CTR, CPC, maar bedrijven hun full funnel adviseren. ROAS, Cost Per Hire, Customer Lifetime value zijn hierbij de juiste KPI’s waar wij ons op focussen en zonder onze creatieve Design team hebben wij geen effectieve campagne. 

Wat ga jij doen:

Als Junior Digital Advertising Specialist bij Social Brothers:

  • wil je worden opgeleid om eigen klanten te beheren samen met een digital adviseur;
  • zal je gaan werken voor  klanten met gemiddeld meer dan € 5.000,- ad spend per maand;
  • ben je bekend met SEA, Social Advertising, marketplaces & SEO en andere tooling zoals (Channable, SEMrush AdCalls, HubSpot, Databox);
  • weet je klanten te verbazen met de resultaten & verrassen met nieuwe inzichten en next steps in onze maandelijkse meeting met onze klanten;
  • weet je hoe je dit moet overbrengen naar de klant en je vindt presenteren leuk en niet iets waar tegenop kijkt;
  • ben je klaar om de next step te zetten en ga je aan onze doelstellingen werken om het beste digital agency van regio Utrecht te worden én
  • ben je een teamplayer, want al je toekomstige collega’s hebben dezelfde drive om de bovenstaande doelstelling te bereiken.

Het is een pre als je in het bezit bent van certificaten, maar ervaring met is vele malen belangrijker.

Wie zijn wij?

Social Brothers is opgericht in 2011 en is een Digital Agency, gespecialiseerd in het bouwen van websites, applicaties en data gedreven marketing campagnes vanuit onze kantoren in Utrecht en Amsterdam. Met inmiddels meer dan 60 collega’s, onder wie designers, developers en marketeers, werken wij dagelijks aan toffe projecten. 


Zo werken voor verschillende opdrachtgevers in verschillende segmenten en markten. Opdrachtgevers waar Social Brothers op dit moment voor werkt, zijn: Rode Kruis, Human Total Care, Piet Boon, Port of Rotterdam en andere. Deze opdrachtgevers verschillen in doelstelling (van beleving tot conversie) of aantal bezoekers (van 10.000 tot 1 miljoen per maand). De opdrachten die we uitvoeren voor deze opdrachtgevers lopen uiteen van het ontwikkelen van een website tot het volledig verzorgen van de marketing activiteiten.

Het Marketingteam

Het Marketingteam bij Social Brothers groeit hard Bij deze groei kunnen wij jou goed gebruiken. Ons team bestaat uit Adviseurs, Digital Advertising Specialisten, SEO Specialisten en Creatieve Marketeers. Iedereen heeft zijn eigen focus, maar samen zorgen we ervoor dat de online positionering van de klant op zowel korte als lange termijn optimaal is. We zijn allemaal gedreven jongens en meiden, waarbij de leeftijd ligt tussen de 22 en 30 jaar. Wat mag je van ons verwachten?

Als Junior Digital Advertising Specialist bieden wij jou bij Social Brothers:

  • een salaris tussen de € 2.300,- en € 2.800,- bruto per maand, gebaseerd op jouw kennis en werkervaring;
  • reiskostenvergoeding op basis van € 0,23 per kilometer;
  • de kans om te sparren tijdens 1 op 1 coachingsgesprekken;

Requirements
Wat ga jij doen: - Je denkt na over SEO strategieën voor onze klanten. Het plan dat je hiervoor opstelt, presenteer je in een sessie met de klant erbij. - Je adviseert de klant en je collega’s over de acties die ze kunnen ondernemen ten bate van de SEO strategie. - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van (zoekwoorden)onderzoeken - Je werkt op dagelijkse basis met andere klanten, zodat je werk variërend is. - Je hebt nauw contact met je collega’s uit het Development team, zodat zij begrijpen wat ze kunnen doen vanuit jouw inzichten. - Je werkt samen met onze interne copywriters of copywriters bij de klant om zo de contentstrategie te optimaliseren en te verbeteren.
