Your responsibilities

  • Lead paid advertising efforts on Facebook/Instagram, compose relevant ad copy, create new campaigns, develop and implement tests for copy and landing pages, and publishing a weekly KPI report.
  • Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests across Facebook's advertising platform to test targeting, creative, and landing pages, and improve overall campaign performance.
  • Generate weekly and monthly marketing performance reports that synthesize data across multiple platforms.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in paid advertising


Your skills

  • Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
  • Self-starter with high degree of motivation, ability to meet deadlines and to manage multiple projects
  • Previous online experience in Facebook Advertising is required.
  • Proficient in managing large amounts of data with the ability to interpret and extract meaningful insights. Excel skills required.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, and a creative mindset.
  • Copywriting or design skills are a plus.
