Job Summary:

The Senior Digital Advertising Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing comprehensive digital advertising strategies to achieve our business objectives. With 15 years of experience in digital advertising, the ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of eCommerce, Google Shopping, Meta Ads, Google Scripts, and Merchant Center. They will be adept at leveraging data-driven insights to drive performance and growth.


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital advertising strategies across multiple platforms, with a focus on eCommerce, Google Shopping, Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), Google Scripts, and Merchant Center.

- Manage and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.

- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with the eCommerce team to align advertising strategies with business goals and product launches.

- Utilize Google Scripts to automate and enhance advertising processes, ensuring efficient and effective campaign management.

- Manage Google Merchant Center, ensuring product feeds are optimized and up-to-date.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to ensure best practices and innovative approaches.

- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.

- Develop and manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum ROI.

- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

- Prepare and present detailed performance reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and strategic recommendations.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

- 15 years of experience in digital advertising, with a strong focus on eCommerce, Google Shopping, Meta Ads, Google Scripts, and Merchant Center.

- Proven track record of managing and optimizing high-budget digital advertising campaigns.

- Deep understanding of digital marketing principles, advertising platforms, and analytics tools.

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Proficiency in using advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics tools like Google Analytics.

- Experience with Google Scripts for automating tasks and optimizing processes.

- Strong understanding of Google Merchant Center, including feed management and optimization.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

- Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.

- Certifications in Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint are preferred.
