Above The Fray is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our rapidly growing digital marketing team

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist position is responsible for the strategy and execution of digital marketing campaigns for our clients. We’re seeking a well-rounded digital marketer who is as comfortable writing a blog or managing a PMax campaign as they are crafting a strategic integrated marketing plan. As an ATF Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you will need to be both creative and analytical. The ideal candidate is a ‘Jack (or Jill)-of-all-trades’ marketer with proven expertise in paid advertising, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

Senior Digital Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients to gain a deep understanding of their short-term and long-term goals and recommend digital solutions that address their needs
  • Develop & execute digital marketing strategy for clients in a variety of industries that drive results
  • Manage the day-to-day execution of digital marketing campaigns across channels including PPC, Email, Social, Content & SEO
  • Craft engaging short- and long-form content for a variety of channels and mediums
  • Develop and implement testing strategies to continually improve KPIs
  • Track, analyze, and report on website performance to identify opportunities and make recommendations
  • Foster and develop strong relationships between the members of your team to efficiently and effectively produce deliverables
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing best practices, news, trends, and innovations and be a go-to resource for all client and internal questions related to SEO, PPC, Email, & Social Media

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns with a proven track record of driving results in social media, paid advertising, email marketing, and SEO
  • Marketing portfolio or similar documentation demonstrating experience and prior success
  • Strong understanding of analytics and digital marketing best practices
  • Strong creative and copywriting skills
  • Data driven and detail oriented
  • Operational experience with agency tools such as Jira, Confluence, Gsuite, Slack, etc.
  • Desire to always be learning
  • Coachable with a positive attitude
  • Superior interpersonal and communications skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
  • Flexible to work in a fast-paced, high growth environment
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
  • Ecommerce and agency experience preferred
  • Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications a plus
  • Must be willing to work 8:30am - 5:30pm PST

  • Headquartered in Portland, Oregon
  • APAC and EMEA engineering offices


Compensation:

  • Position is full-time salaried
  • ₹30K–₹60K a month salary DOE plus bonuses
