Role & Responsibility:

  • evaluating vendors, negotiating contracts, and preparing reports (e.g., on orders and costs.) For this role, you should have good knowledge of market research, along with solid analytical skills to make sure you're identifying the most profitable offers.
  • Purchase goods, materials, components, or services in line with specified cost, quality, and delivery targets.
  • Price negotiation.
  • Resolving quality issues
  • Working in Supply Chain Management for Engineering team, Production, Account, departments.
  • Preparing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually reports.
  • Maintain the vendor ratings monthly.
  • Developing new vendors.
  • Controlling inventory
  • Preparation of Rate contracts for highly consumable items.
  • Preparing RFQs (Request for Quotations) with the price quotes and timelines received from the different vendors.
  • Requesting the vendor to follow the dispatch schedules or Service issues and quality by sharing the signed PO, WO, AMC.
  • Preparing Letter of credits and TT (telegraphic transfer)
  • Execution of Stock Transfer Orders
  • Participating in the daily reviews conducted by managers and update them the material's status.
  • Maintain supplier history record with clarification.
  • Visiting site store.
  • Developing, leading and executing purchasing strategies.

Job location: BORIVALI EAST MUMBAI

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
