**Key Responsibilities**:
- Post receives of Indent requisition sheet from Factory get it approved from Director.
- Getting quotation on the requirement for various vendors and sharing it with Director for finalization.
- To prepare purchase order and share it with the vendor along with T&C sheet.
- Follow-up with vendor for dispatching the product and forward the dispatch details to production team.
- Checking of GRN shared by Store department against the PO raised and get it approved by director.
- Submitting the GRN to accounts department for releasing the payment as per terms.
- Sharing the rates of all purchase items for NPD to Regulatory department along with COA.
- Take approval on artwork print proof confirmation received from vendor by Director.
- Arrange meeting of directors with vendors for purchase of any machinery.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,093.38 - ₹30,000.00 per month
