Your role
and responsibilities:
As an HR Service Center Analyst , you will be in charge of providing Level 1 HR support to Nasdaq employees around the globe. In addition, you will work closely with different units in fulfillment of these activities:
HR Contact Center - Serves as first point of contact for employees regarding HR related issues and provides appropriate resolution Employee Data Management - Handles employee data management transactions Reports and Analytics - Prepares Level 1 reports as requested by HR Centers of excellence General HR Administration - Coordinates general HR administrative tasksWe expect you to have
At least 1 year of experience preferably in providing benefits support and processing in a regional or global HR role, experience with other HR facets are also welcome Recent graduates with relevant internship experience will also be considered Exposure to employee data management and or employee data management platforms – experience in Workday is an advantage A keen eye for detail and a good problem solver with excellent social skills Good social skills and the ability to think outside of the box Have intermediate Microsoft Office application skill Flexibility to work on some PH holidays based on business need Willingness to work on all 2 shifts, Regular (11:30 am-8:30pm) & mid shift (3:30pm-12:30am), rotation is every 3 monthsWhat will it be like working here?
