Managing overall Operations and Administration of the Center.

● Floor Management.

● Hospital Data Management

● Over all compliances and Documentation of the Center.

● Marketing & Branding

● Cam Management

● Vendor management.

● Preparing Duty Schedule dept wise for Center’s’ employees

● To check & maintenance of AMC for machines.

● Maintain daily, weekly and monthly patients’ footfall, consult, registration, file and ET data with

proper remarks.

● Responsible to increase visitors/footfall for centre to achieve monthly files and ET target

● Resolving patients’ complaints and ensuring patient satisfaction.

● Collaborate with the marketing team in planning and implementing marketing activities.

● Coordinate with various departments which includes HR, Marketing, MRD/ Reception, MIS,

Maintenance, OT etc.

● Optimizing patients' satisfaction by reducing waiting time, ensuring cleanliness and staff

courtesy.

● Keep a check on PCPNDT appointments and ensure patients visit timely.

● Ensuring proper flow of file movement from reception till exit of patient.

● Comforts patients by anticipating patients' anxieties, answering patients' questions;

maintaining the reception area.

● Ensuring availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records.

● Protecting patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.

● Maintaining operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes.

● Maintaining and securing all written and electronic medical records within a medical records

department.

● Ensuring information contained in the record is complete, accurate and only available to

authorized personnel.

● Completing medical records by reviewing information, notifying record deficiencies, tracking

outstanding records etc.

Other than this there may be Additional KRA add on to the Job responsibility.
